Richa Arora
Associate Director (Senior Appointments)
Richa is the Associate Director of our Marketing, PR & Comms teams. She helps brands (and PR agencies) secure senior talent in their marketing and PR teams. In the past 5 years, a lot of her focus has been on diagnosing the talent-related business-critical issues that companies face on a day to day basis.
Prior to joining Major Players, Richa completed two masters and a few diplomas, studying electronics engineering, e-commerce, fashion, HR and cognitive psychology. She worked in employer branding, and recruitment and is a massive advocate of employee engagement over employee motivation. Outside of work, Richa is an aspiring nutrition coaching enthusiast, and also spent a week hiking in the Grand Canyon & Rocky Mountains!
